Kathy has called West Vancouver her home since the age of 3, attending elementary, graduating from WVSS and going on to obtain her degree in Political Sciences and International Affairs from Simon Fraser University. After which she started working in Finance, as a Financial Services Manager at Vancity Credit Union, however as she always had a love of real estate, she later focused on the Mortgage aspect and was a Mortgage Broker with Dominion Lending. She got her real estate license in 2011, taking some time off shortly after to have her 2 boys. Always being very involved with the community, she had a foot in the door, along with playing an active role as a volunteer at the school and multiple fundraisers and committees. Her goal is always to provide the best service with the best results. She prides herself on being accessible to her clients, going above and beyond, being a great communicator and providing the tools and knowledge for her clients to always know what is happening at every step of a transaction. Her clients either begin as her friends and family or end as friends and family. Her expertise in the North Shore market and ability to speak fluent Farsi & English , ensures her clients never miss a great deal! When she is not doing real estate, she is with her son’s Ben & Sami & husband, volunteering at the school, or trying to plan a vacation!!!
